Q: Can you achieve sub-micron tolerances on Alumina parts?
EN: Yes. While standard sintering yields a tolerance of $\pm 1\%$, our post-sintering precision CNC grinding can achieve tolerances as tight as $\pm 0.002$ mm.
Q: What is the maximum size you can manufacture?
EN: It depends on the process. For Dry Pressing, we can produce parts up to $250$ mm in diameter. For larger or longer components, we utilize Isostatic Pressing or specialized machining.
Q: Can you provide metallization for Zirconia?
EN: Absolutely. While Mo-Mn metallization is standard for Alumina, we have proprietary Active Brazing and specialized coating techniques to ensure high-strength bonding for Zirconia-to-metal assemblies.

Q: Do you have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
EN: For standard items, we have flexible MOQs. For custom prototyping, we support small batches (even 1000 pieces) to help you verify your design before moving to mass production.
Q: How do you protect my Intellectual Property (IP)?
EN: We take IP protection very seriously. We routinely sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) before reviewing any technical drawings. All customer designs are stored on secure, isolated servers.
Q: What is your typical lead time for international shipping?
EN:
Quotes: 24 – 48 hours.
Prototyping: 25 – 35 days.
Mass Production: 4 – 6 weeks.
Shipping: 3 – 7 days via air (DHL/FedEx) or 30-60 days via sea.

EN: Yes. Every shipment includes a Certificate of Analysis (COA) and a Full Dimensional Inspection Report. We can also provide RoHS and REACH compliance statements upon request.
